During that time Will Pumphrey has proved to be an excellent resource for hands-on treatment and medical advice ranging from a bad cut on my left pinky (fortunately, he didn't need to use his suture kit) to advising me on the key questions to ask a cardiologist about A-fib treatments. If he does not know an answer he has a network of experts with whom he can consult. He has responded to me with explanations that are always thorough and easily understood. Best of all, Will has and takes the time to know me as an individual; it is like having a brother who is a doctor. I have peace of mind knowing there is someone I can contact (in an emergency or otherwise) who knows my history and only has my best interests at heart.

I wish I had been part of Cove DPC when I experienced my first A-fib incident. It occurred about midnight while I was on vacation. In the fog of confusion and anxiety I spent many anxious moments while I contacted "Call a Nurse" and fumbled for my credit card so I could pay $5.00 in order to talk with a cardiologist. If I had just been able to call Will, I would have known what to do much sooner and avoided a lot of stress. I highly recommend Cove DPC."
